To be more specific:
The activation works with different generalized preloads. RS3 and RS4.
No keys entered during installation and boards are OEM ones. No DPK in BIOS/UEFI.
Same RS3 preinstallations did not activate some days before.

This will be fixed or gone when MS releases the zero day patch. I seen this before with "1709" 16299.15 and then they released 16299.19 and all the grayed-out stuff was gone.

yeah, seen this before when 1709 launched officialy, for some time it was greyed out and then when ZDP got applied it changed.

My 17134.1 was upgraded from 16299.371

Maybe the upgrade from 17133 to 17134 is what kept it broken.

It is working on my system. My 17134 was an update from a previous install, not a clean install itself.

Set defaults by app still MIA here as well.
