After this update, I lost Cortana, and a lot of modern apps are suspended. I'm from USA and my language is English (US). I don't know how to fix it. Any help is appreciated.

I see some suspended on mine, but when I open something that is suspended in task manager, they open and the suspended icon disappears.

I lost cortana’s Speech and explore function on one computer. I restored previous version via recovery, then reinstalled from windows update the current version. Took care of problem.

Same thing for me, others apps are unsuspended when they're in use but Cortana not.

    About 15 to 20 minutes.
These figures are only for the offline phase. Windows 10 downloads most stuff online now, and has a short offline phase. This gives the illusion it is much faster now but overall, the total time from start to end has not changed that much.

I'm running build 17134.1, how much updater can I get?
I think that's as far as you can go, unless MS releases a Cumulative Update or another Build.

Just asking: how long would it take to update windows 10 on a SSD? (Not clean install)
Took me 20 minutes to update to 17134.1 on a 960 Pro NVME m.2 drive.

About 20 Minutes on my Regular Sata 6gb SSD, Went from 17133 Clean installed to Insider Release Preview 17134.1, all running well, just waiting on either a cumulative update now, Maybe will clean install one more time in the future, or maybe after I get my upgraded Storage drive for system

Other house hold PC's probably in place upgrades unless needs clean installs whenever it officially releases
