They fixed it in Skippy, Josey, so maybe they'll get it fixed in the next CU.

Because there are two teams. We Insiders and the Devs are winding down toward final release of the Spring Creators Update (if that's its final name). The Skippy Devs and those on Skippy are ramping up to give us Insiders something to do once we're no longer involved in the SCU.

Makes perfect sense to me.

Although I don't discount that there is some code in more than one third party or Microsoft app that may be causing the problem. Remember too, that the Store carries apps that are built by OEMs other than Microsoft.
