Two now updated. One fails the Set defaults by app test. It scans the apps then crashes out. There must be something that gives it the jeebies.

OK, all three now updated with no problems. Hope that is reflected for the thousands that have been updated elsewhere.
Could someone with 17134.5 and W10 Pro do me a favor and check something for me? Thank you in advance if anyone decides to help me out.
I'm on 17134.1 and I'm having this issue where the "Let apps run in the background" setting in Settings > Privacy > Background Apps keeps resetting to "On" every time I restart and the "Choose which apps can run in the background" list is blank. I tried disabling background apps via GPO but I'm still having Edge run in the background.
I've heard that this was maybe fixed in 17134.5 but I want some more information.
Just testing the emoji feature. On one forum they work, however if you edit a post containing them they change to black coloured diamond shapes. I'll do an edit on this in a few minutes to see what happens here.
😊
Post edited to see what happens.
Second edit. All seems good.
I'm using 17134.1 & no such issue happened. Try to use O&O ShutUp10 & Edge Blocker
FYI, I'm using Google Chrome & disabled Windows Defender too.
@Mooly
We can only control the actual Emoji that we provide through the Smilies option on the editor toolbar, all of which work in all our forums as we adjust them to our specific software.
If you can start a thread on your issue stating specific cause and effect, such as the forum involved and the browser in use then either the staff or members may be able to assist
Thanks Nigel. I didn't make clear that these are the W10 Emojis (pressing Win key and full stop). On the other forum (site) I tested them on they seem to disappear when an edit is done and what is weirder, the page takes an age to refresh after this happens (using browser refresh button). We are talking 10 seconds or more here. Delete the broken emojis and the refresh is back to instant.
I'm just going to edit the earlier post for curiosity.
They seem to work OK on here as far as I can tell. I just repeated the test on the vbulletin site and the same problem happened. Black diamonds after an edit and then slow page refreshing. TenForums looks good to go though.
