Same Here, Said Update Failed, Retry, and then History ended up Cleared lol, winver shows 17134.5, so guess not a big deal to worry on

I bet it shows up in Reliability History, that's what I use to see if anything was/has been updated anyhow, as it is more "reliable".

Got it via regular Windows Update, but when it rebooted, it booted to the wrong partition.

Booted to the correct one, got working on Updates, then immediately to the sign in page.

I don't have a clue what happened, since I clicked on Restart and went to get something from my car.
