Unfortunately not, you can download ESD and then create ISO, and create Bootable USB with Rufus.

man, anyone was talking ESD to create ISO ??
I was asking only to transform the xml in a cab to use it on mediacreationtool /selfhost. I did that method to upgrade to 17133.

    Many thkx!!
Unfortunately it seems I no longer can use with the method of mediacreationtool /selfhost because I'm trying to do it from version 17133.73. When I try the upgrade path on Mediacreationtool it gives me an error saying that I can't update due to language or edition of version...

Which one is more important to you? The method which you create the setup media files or the actual completed and working setup media?

You are complicating things by playing with the MCT /selfhost. Get the ESD as recommended and use the community written tools, and you have your setup media. They are also much faster than MCT. :)

Have I understood correctly? No upgrade 17133 to 17134? Really?
    I will try soon.

Yes, anyone can. There's a command line utility called makecab
Note that the .xml as downloaded needs a few lines added at the beginning and end in order for the MCT to be able to use it.
