Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast/Slow/RP Build 17134.5 - April 27 Insider

My upgrade has bounced at 24% installing after an hour and a half.

PowerShell ISE still does NOT work properly in this build and crashes.

Mine was done while I was sleeping, so not much to tell, how fast or slow it was.. It was there in the morning.

How did you get 17133.73? i was on the same build and update was offered to me.

Yes you would need to be on fast ring.

Finally made it to the desktop. Took 4 hours altogether.

It's for Fast ring for now, but it should very soon be available to slow too. You can join Fast ring and later drop out. It's safe now.

You are assuming 17134 will be released to Slow. That is not a given.
