It's an RS5 feature and does not require Office. :)
Well whatever it requires, I do not have it. If it only works in EDGE then I do not need it.:)

    You're welcome Toni:)
I updated the post with an additional setting to turn off.
Yeah I saw, good point too. Since I use so many devices, I want the data to be collected to the cloud so I can access it from any device.

Not scared I get caught by my wife having watched some adult sites. Such situation would just excite her. HAHAH!

It works with a number of UWP apps and now some Win32 ones too including Explorer.

By the way @Martin, I forgot to tell the minor modification on your upgreade method using a VM: I thought that GSOD on tablet was hardware related and wanted to remove all drivers. I set VM up without network connection, used PowerShell to remove all Store apps, in order to be able to generalize Windows with sysprep to remove all drivers.

Before sysprepping, I exported all current drivers with PowerShell to a folder on C: drive. Sysprepped, booted to OOBE. On region selection screen, pressed SHIFT + F10 which not only opens Command Prompt but will also activate WIN key shortcuts. WIN + E to File Explorer, upgraded from ISO, upgrade now working because (I think so) Windows was only containing default built-in drivers and no chance to download anything more.

Last step when image is restored to tablet is then to import its drivers back.

Actually, I am not sure it is necessary to generalise as it does not seem to change the tablet drivers at all doing it via a VM (I am not sure they are even used as it seems to resolve drivers to your laptop drivers eg it uses my pc video drivers).

So when you copy vm back, it uses the same drivers as were before upgrading.

For my tablet, resolving drivers after oobe is a nightmare as it uses some special drivers that do not seem to be in the format that exporting them with powershell works (I have tried before). So I go to any length not to clean install or oobe on my tablet.

Yep, clean BASH locked down with a heavy password, with a few frame buffers, a web browser and a video player. Not even an xserver is needed.

First, I think I posted in wrong thread, this should have been in 17650 thread. Apologies for that.

Anyway, in my case trying upgrade on tablet resulted GSOD. Trying upgrade on VM, the same thing. Only after generalizing I got it to work.
