Found it this morning, updated very fast this time although last stage took 10 minutes instead of usual 5.
This part:
If you open Settings and clicking on any links to the Microsoft Store or links in tips, Settings will crash. This includes the links to get themes and fonts from the Microsoft Store, as well as the link to Windows Defender.
Doesn't seem to apply here, everything works including WD from security center.
Updating on 3 VMs (2VMware 1 Virtualbox) running on Windows Server IP Build 17639 (which was updated from 17623). The real trick of course is whether I can update the physical machine once I boot into 17634.
Installed without any issues...took a while an hour and a half but I was doing two other activities at the same time, which could have slowed things down
Like Tabs in Outlook 365...confused at first. Everytime I closed a message Outlook closes. Didn't see at the top the new tabs..very nice.

I have noticed that the Restore Tabs is a little buggy, as when I first open Explorer it works then if I click it a second time it doesn't!
Works again if I close File Explorer and reopen it again
Sets is back! Had to initialize other User account after update!
Anyone notice Edge has less Options when opened in a new Sets Tab, as opposed to opening Edge in it's own window?
Wow...I must I been asleep...Sets are on most of my programs (Newsleecher, Everything, Tag & Rename (a very old program I use), KeePass (but I had to exclude Tabs as it messed the program up, everytime I ran it I had select the password key), Not on Acronis (!) or Coral PaintShop Pro (which would be have been useful). Oh, also Adobe Reader now has Sets
