Does anyone know in layman terms () why it talks days to get Sets? I've had it as soon as the update is done then upon reboot Sets are gone (including in Settings). Very odd. Just waiting..yawn, now hoping they come back or another build emerges!!
I created another user account and it appeared for me.

Yeah - at no point did MS ever say the inability to stop programs autostarting was a bug but just said they introduced a means of making it optional. I believe it was a bug but we will never know.

On Reddit a Microsoft employee says the sets components are downloaded to your comp which seems to suggest it does not arrive at the same time as the components of your new Build. So the delay in having sets is related to when those components are served to you for download.

That cannot be correct as Sets worked as soon as I updated however after two reboots, Sets disappeared and have not come back! (Tried this twice via a backup, same thing happened)
