I'm using IPv6 in Asia country so Cloudflare doesn't make any significant improvement at all compare with Google.

I noticed my internet speed seemed slower so I did a speed test with Comcast Speed Test(my ISP). Then I ran DNS Benchmark. I found that there were 28 faster DNS Servers than cloudfair. With cloudfair using IPV6 and Wi-Fi my speed was around 63Mbps. With Google using IPV6 and Wi-Fi my speed is over 200Mbps. I just posted this to let everyone know that they should check to see what DNS Server is faster for them.
It seems responsive enough to me for daily use and I must visit around 500 sites weekly for work.
I suspect it depends upon the nearest available server. For me it's less than 10 miles away from home.

I tried DNS Crypt for a few days but the nearest server was in Iceland so I ditched it.
This new Cloudfare DNS is nothing but clickbait. Saying it is the fastest is nothing but hype. Too me it is the slowest of all of them. Even my ISP DNS is faster. I am sticking with OpenDNS.
Independent tests show otherwise.
