    Well the wording is (deliberately) rather ambiguous. It could mean final release of this version e.g. to public, this version plus some cumulative updates or even a new build.

    As for TH, imo he would never let the truth get in the way of a good story.

    I have cracked 30 mins a couple of times (click to update to desktop). But am normally more in the 35-40 minute range.

    But that is the only time it is not available for other work. They have been moving more of the upgrade process to before the restart to achieve this.

    Hey there i'm on v1803.. (i'm not an Insider) But how can i manually install KB4100375 (OS Build 17133.73).. i have tryed with Cab file's and Always gets errors.. or is it better to just wait when the Official RTM (ISO.) comes available on MCT...
