    It will say "managed by administrator" if you don't meet hardware requirements - TPM2 basically. It is in links in the tutorial.

    Cliff found a reg key to turn it off - second option :) But you may have a point there. I've never cleared TPM2. Windows defender is starting to bug me, so I just may...

    I have my CPUs TPM on and set up(Shawn too, I believe):
