Yes, I never even knew it was there till I opened my CP all the way.

According to this site Pro should not have it.

The Control Panel icon is there in 1709 as well. Not that I've tried to do much with it.

Same here and I'm actually using a Windows to Go USB stick which was built by Rufus due to my ignorance....

Hmm, thanks. I've set it to on and will see how it works. (note to myself, if any GSODs start showing, turn it off ...)
