I got newer ones, but I just hope it restores correctly LOL, last time I tried Macirum image restore it wouldn't even reactivate to Pro edition and picked up Home key from UEFI bios lol, plus gotta remake flash drive for 1709 in case Image doesn't restore right lol if I decide to go back from Release preview lol

    Update:

I can't understand how they can have a blocking issue with the regular Insider Build(s), yet proceed with Skippy! Can anyone explain why?

It's running without issue on my three AMD processor systems - Maybe it's an Intel Issue Just thought I throw my guess into the lottery
I'm having no problems with my HP AMD system.

Damn, and here I was earlier saying female logic (ie From Dona) baffles males and you prove me wrong by asking an incredibly logical and perceptive question! :-D.

I think it may be something in the mass deployment technologies that has the "bug" that prevents the RTM being delivered but not the vastly smaller data load for the insider build

They are on two completely separate ways now. And it's minor problem, if even half of skippy users can't install new build, but it's a stop bug, if 0.1 or .2% of ordinary users /non insider) have problem with install.

It's gonna be good with a final RTM fully updated..

I doubt it... if it was server-side there are measures to curtail the UUP downloads.. it's more intrinsic - thus the new build.

I can tell you now that 16299.371 FCU runs faster than the newest now "unofficial" RTM RS4.

Also I will wait as RS4 is a disappointment. All the hype about Fluent Design yet still only in the settings and some stock modern apps. Not in Office 16, not at all in Win32 programs or even Windows Explorer. I want the old glass effect from Windows 7 no I won't install that ransomware from BigMuscle. What is so hard to have native support in Windows 10 for Fluent glass transparency.
