Logically I would think it's a bug that's blocked the release to the masses due to problems it may cause. Better they take longer and get it right than have to confront a possible very large number of complaints from those with dead or faulty Operating systems.
Thanks for the reply. So, keeps it from auto updating or some such. Not ready for prime time. We will know when it is. I bet.

I guess it is normal behavior, but I was sitting at .17115 and I checked for updates hoping it would go straight to 17133.73 but it did not. Had to upgrade to 17133.1 first. Everything seems to be running fine.

Yes, that's normal. You have to start at the base, this one being 17133.1 Was/is the same with current FCU. If you clean install, you get 16299.15, then the cumulative to 16299.371.

It is there on released builds as well. I find The 1803 Build as stable as The FCU was and it is my only OS on this Machine. I do make use of Macrium Reflect though.
Same here. backups set you free!

And you could always install the final update over it.

A blocking bug does what? The 17133.73 on this machine is not displaying any abnormalities but, it is way soon to declare it bug free.
It apparently was a rare occurrence but serious enough to warrant blocking the release until it is fixed and tested.
So you may never run across it. If it was in the install, and your install went well, then you wouldn't see it.

OPnly problem I have seen is there is an unknown device under my Bluetooth controller. The bluetooth driver is OK and bluetooth works, but I don't know what this is and there are no drivers for it.

Same as above. Bluetooth device MS and ASUS BT400. I am having no trouble with bluetooth as currently configured here. i tried deleting the other device bt400 but it just keeps installing after deletion with no compatible drivers found. even after downloading latest asus driver. "the current driver is the best...." unable to solve at this time. some kind of ms driver bug...KB4100375 Windows 10 Insider Release Preview Build 17133.73 - Apr.10-untitled.png

    Having 2 more issues:

    1. One dll in my Realtek HD Audio driver fails every time I get Windows Notification sounds. Other than that, no sound issues at all, so I blame this build/revision for that.
    2. Every time I reboot, I get a message that Windows can't connect to my network shares. When I open up explorer, the share is indeed marked as not available, but entering the share causes no issues what so ever.

There is still definitely something off in this build. The above issues I started to get after the .73 CU. 17133.1 was working fine regarding the above issues.

Impossible to get sound for me….neither Bluetooth nor Realtec....this latest Update has certainly set the cat among the pigeons on Preview Release.

    Power Plan options missing!

Something I just noticed in power options

Anyone here see what's missing(and this goes for all power plans, ok)?
    Also I couldn't find (what's missing's) registry entries in
    Code:
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00

If I'm the only one, could one of you please export and upload your power plans so I can import them to see if the missing options return.
Other wise, if that doesn't work I'll need the registry keys.
