KB4100375 Windows 10 Insider Release Preview Build 17133.73 - Apr.10 Insider
-
One thing I have noticed/found, both of my Linux VMs(Ubuntu & Linspire) when viewing any kind of online video content, creates 3 to 4 bands in the video that slide back and forth.
Anyone else running a Linux VM on build 17133.73(and the previous before the cumulative update too) see this yet?
I'm not sure if the cause is upgrading the VM config version to 8.3, was the cause, because before I started any VM, I saw the selection to upgrade and did it.
Or if the cause is Core Isolation memory integrity turned on, after all VM's run mostly in memory, right?
This problem doesn't show up in the Insider VM or my Win 8.1 VM.

I got the 17133.73 update and a Flash update and it all looked good. After a while WU had a message about a problem installing an update and said "Retry" I hit retry and it ran WU again and said I was up to date.
Now my Update History is blank and it previously showed the new updates correctly. This is on 2 systems.
Control panel shows the correct updates.
same here.
Any idea about the mysterious blocking bug raised lately?

You guys probably did not notice that Store was also updating a ton of apps at the same time. This is why the CU failed first time.

I run the kb4100375, on 17133.1 system.
The update runs fine using the DISM method, until the reboot, it gets almost to the end and then get this error message "couldn't complete updates undoing changes".
Tried on both my desktop and laptop with the same error.

I dont use that setting though its not even checked. Also by your definition of it changing the icon from empty to full being the reason then older versions of Windows should of done this too, they do not its only Windows 10. Plus refreshing the desktop and taskbar are two different things.
Yeah, I agree. This was NOT happening in Win7 Ult. This is something that started with Win10. And they should have fixed it by now.

Where did you read that from tomorrow? The update will be out the 11th (TODAY!?)

Looks like there are still some issues to iron out before final 1803. The blank update history was an issue on 17133.1 (did work for a while, though) before I installed the .cab file to bring Build to 17133.73. Now, it shows, as it should, after installing Office updates. Now, if only, they'd stop logging Defender def updates, like in 1709.
