I just did a clean install two days ago and I'm having the same problem too. I'm trying to rejoin and all I'm getting is a screen that says Loading (This won't take long). So far it's been 10 minutes.

I am not trying to rejoin. I am happy right now being an outsider.

I just tried and I have no problem rejoining. What is the issue that you are seeing?

Same here. Unable to remove it. I can format it from computer, but that shouldn't be...
A completly no go for me, so I reverted to FCU.
I have no idea what to do, since 17133 is final, so next upgrade the issue would propably occur again.

It's working now so I guess the server was offline. Earlier today every time I tried to link my account I couldn't get past the This won't take long screen.
