Windows Insiders are not public.
I predicted that ages ago :-D.
My logic was based on AU expiring that date. It makes sense to align a build expiring with a new one starting

I will not post a picture of that from my system because although it looks mostly generic, there is some sensitive information included.

But, Winuser, 42 min is not what pretty much all of us are seeing. Your comp is running pretty slow.
I just did a clean install of build 17133.1 to see if that solves any of the problems I've been having. Now I need to install my apps and programs.

As was explained to me, and reiterated several times, the 30 minutes claim is for the offline phase and AVERAGE is 30 mins according to MS. Many are coming well under 30 mins (SSDS I expect mostly. 42 mins for an HDD i not that bad). The point is pc is only out of action for much shorter periods than in the past.
This is on a SSD. MS can manipulate the numbers any way they want. On my desktop using Windows Update takes forever and as I mentioned earlier at certain points in the install my desktop slows down and the mouse becomes unresponsive so I'm counting the whole install process. I just did a clean install to see if that helps. I did a few setting changes on my laptop and I don't have this problem updating the Skippy builds.

17133.1 installed on my pc and my laptop. My laptop is slow of course but it had no problems. My pc is much faster but it always seems to hang when it has downloaded 100%. I get tired of waiting, rebooted and then it shows some error code and asks me to re-try again. I immediately hit the re-try button and it finishes the install without a problem. When I upgraded this pc from 16299.309 a short time ago, the same thing happened.
The system did send out a problem report.
