I'd trust anyone before I'd trust what Thurrott has to report. Way back in Windows 7 beta, we caught him in a number of "not quite the truth" statements.

:) Back in the day of Wendy @msfT :)

50/50, at best. I'll go with "This is it, now the patches". Release to Slow (maybe tomorrow/Thu.), release to Release Preview
Fri/Tue. Remember......unlikely too much activity of any kind next Monday..........
Great isn't it! In the end it will all come down to any major bugs being identified that necessitate another build upgrade like 16299.15. In the end, we are all guessing.

Of course! And Joe Public doesn't, and never will, have a clue how it got to what it will be.

    Hello Windows Insiders!

Today, we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17133 (RS4) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring.

Just like in Build 17128, you will also notice that the watermark at the lower right-hand corner of the desktop has disappeared in Build 17133. Again, we are in the phase of checking in final code to prepare for the final release.

Wonder if Sneekez knows he sent a "mention" to user msf?

That highlighted phrase could be interpreted in a number of ways.

It could mean, this is the last build, and only cumulative updates, or it is not the last build etc.

I think it probably is or it isn't.
