Yes, if you are on Fast Ring.

This is how upgrading from RS3 to RS4 looks like if you are in the Release Preview:

Looking at build data yesterday & we realized that the most installed builds within companies (in order) are:

    1. Slow ring
    2. Release preview
    3. Fast ring

For you #WindowsInsiders who work in a company, what do you use these builds to do?

    I run the kb4100375, on 17133.1 system.

The update runs fine using the DISM method, until the reboot, it gets almost to the end and then get this error message "couldn't complete updates undoing changes".

Tried on both my desktop and laptop with the same error.
Me too...in the end I re-ran my 17133.1 iso and tried again with the update and it installed fine...strange.

Failed with error code 0xc000021a each time previously.

This was on my main Windows 10 partition I'd updated thinking 17133.1 was the SCU.

Mine is empty since yesterday's CU for Insiders. What gives?

I would bet they might use it on a test machine to make sure that SAP & ERP are still able to run after the upgrade.
After all those two are the backbone of just about the whole Logistics & Warehousing world.

I fully agree that this might be the most probable scenario. Not just those tools, but hundreds of other too.

Or they just play Candy Crush Saga all day long and claim they are working on workarounds to application compatibility problems. :)
