KB4100375 Windows 10 Insider Release Preview Build 17133.73 - Apr.10 Insider
-
Thanks guys...
but why does MS says in settings, that my hardware meets requirements, when it doesn't. Whomever coded that stuff should knows it, and code it right...
Diagnostic is still consuming 50% of resources, after 3 or 4 hours.. looks I'll have to make image restore after all
Maybe this is the reason for spring update getting pushed back.
It isn't a simple fix, and stuff needs to be new coded and not patched, specially as it communicates with the UEFI BIOS and has access to your CPU and RAM..

System is writing sleepstudy (as I'm not present ) for more than 3 hours now... at 3 MB/s. Where does it write it, system size stays the same..

Probably one of the ETW logs.
The logging mechanism uses per-processor buffers that are written to disk by a separate writer thread. ETW events include rich metadata, localizable message strings, and schematized (structured) data payloads for easy consumption of event data.

Yeah.. log file is shown in picture.
As CPU usage won't go down (even after a couple of restarts!), I was almost at restoring last good image. But decided to play some more with that diagnostic, which obviously was busy with sleepstudy.
Run powercfg /sleepstudy and force PC to go to sleep, wake it up .... and all went to normal
I'm really confused now

Andre, I'm inclinded to think the hardware does meet requirements. I've had that, but for now, it's gone. I seem to remember awhile back that Microsoft told us it should be gone now, but it stuck around awhile anyway.

Yeah, it was hardware, resolved it, as described in later posts :)

Any news about new build, or CU, or anything?
-
Seen no news yet on anything, total silence from Microsoft side of things, I check Windows update daily, nothing still, maybe something tomorrow on Tuesday 4/17, but not counting on anything
-
After checking for updates, MS take my "Check" button away Give me green check mark instead..
OK, it's back, have to restart settings...
