hopefully today is the day we get RTM
In previous rounds, Insiders go 1xxxx.0 build, and then normal cumulative updates thereafter. With FCU, MS actually confused us all by giving us 16299.0 which we all thought was RTM, but actually then did an upgrade via UUP to 16299.15 which was a departure from previous patterns.
So although today will be very close, it may still not yet be the final build although the major build number 17133 may not change. It all really depends if last minute Insider testing picks up something serious that cannot be fixed with a cumulative update.
It ain't over until the circumferentially larger than average non gender specific singer sings !
With a New Nvidia Driver update, Many Browsers updated yesterday, we may get a new build today but it may not be final.
I do not know how credible this guy is but..

I think we'll get a new build today :)
Only evidence he points to is buildfeed.net and a twitter from another media person.
We have seen those sorts of claims many times and they turned out to be hogwash.
Until the ninja cats have digested their whiskas flavoured tacos, I doubt we will truly know for a couple of weeks. MS are not going to officially announce anything until it is issued to public at large - why would they because would be embarrassing if they had to upgrade again or worse withdraw it?
Frankly, I doubt even top brass in MS truly know yet. Intention and reality are not the same thing.
