I have no doubt that 17133.1 is shown on Buildfeed. I have serious doubt that they have marked it as pre-release yet.

Er - it is not. 17633 is marked as prerelease. 17133 (and 17128) are marked as release.

I am really bored of testing the no watermark change in 17128.

I change background, I reboot, I do repair upgrade, go back to 17127 with watermark and reupgrade but nope - never a watermark on 17128. I can totally confirm the no watermark change in 17128 is truly robust :-D.
Great that you found no bugs in the watermark change. Keep up the good work! It is working flawlessly for me too!

Great job! You are a truly dedicated Windows insider!

Working flawlessly for me too and I'm very demanding. I split Windows into 2 users. Gaming & Workstation. I have an extremely powerful PC so I worked with Adobe InDesign & Photoshop, also edited some videos with Adobe Premiere Pro. For gaming i've been playing a couple of sessions on Battlefront II. So far, the build 17128 is working a lot stable than the last RTM 16299 and it's also faster, much faster.

I was of course exaggerating a wee bit - LOL.

Something has got lost in the US-UK translation here. Skippy this time has come along in leaps and bounds (ask an Aussie ;-))compared with previous Skippy on rS2 to RS3.

We will get a Fast Ring build today almost certainly but will it be the elusive RTM (for final Insider testing) or is that Friday?
