I did a cold install of version 17127 last night and did a rough timer for it. When I clicked on the install button until I had a fully running window environment with all of the notification apps loaded was only 10 minutes! And tonight I had this update and from pushing the restart button to a fully running system was 7 minutes. Dang this is getting fast! Remember how Win7 had the hundreds of updates to load and then the service pack to install and even more updates? MS is making huge strides.
Need to do a clean install -- tomorrow and Sunday there will be a winter storm (!!) so it will be OK.

For those having difficulties clean installing skip ahead versions, try @Kari's dism tutorial. Kari suggested I try that on his online forums yesterday, and it worked (see my tutorial comments).
If you are clean installing in a dual boot mode, this is a superb method as you can run dism from windows and install from normal windows.
Apply Windows Image using DISM Instead of Clean Install Windows 10 Tutorials
Happy it worked for you Martin, with your modifications to instructions.
I just want to clarify this: I only participate on Ten Forums and our sister sites. "Forums" Martin mentions in above quoted post was one of of our TenForums Saturday Live Chat sessions yesterday, live web meeting for TenForums members and friends.
We've had long break with TF Saturday Live Chats, yesterday being first time in over a year, but after yesterday's success I am sure we will continue the tradition :)

Is this a bug..can someone else please check with this build?
If I type into Search 'Windows Defender Security Centre' - window opens and all links work.
However if I instead start at 'Settings' and follow through Update & Security/Windows Security/Open Windows Security Centre - link fails to open (or any of the other links).
