If I recall correctly the Dolby Atmos for headphones is what the trial is for and you might only need to uninstall the latter. I can't confirm that now of course.

    To follow up on what you said, you can run this in an elevated powershell which solved the issue for me :

    Get-AppxPackage -Name "DolbyLaboratories.DolbyAtmosforHeadphones" | Remove-AppxPackage
