What does the date mean exactly? It says April 10th for build 17134.1. I assume this build will be it and hit RTM this week?

There was a 'blocking bug' in the 'RTM' so they pushed it back. There is no further information related to the release date.

I suppose that would leave the Spring unused for next year

I hope it's not renamed Summer Creators Update, we only get two days a year and that's not due till the end of August

btw, i'm wondering why don't Microsoft becomes more transperent about updates (not for insiders) !! they can hire someone like Dona Sorkar for non-insider discussions :)

    there's 'something' here...

As Build 17133 progressed through the rings, we discovered some reliability issues we wanted to fix. In certain cases, these reliability issues could have led to a higher percentage of (BSOD) on PCs for example. Instead of creating a Cumulative Update package to service these issues, we decided to create a new build with the fixes included.

I'm satisfied that MS decided to push the RTM back, I see this as a GOOD thing they recognized a serious potential issue and
decided to work things out BEFORE they decide to release this on unsuspecting ordinary users.

BRAVO MS for FINALLY doing the right thing with these major updates.
