I think I read somewhere, today is exactly one year from the 1703 release? Nothing up on Visual Studio (MSDN) yet.
I decided to take a shortcut. I used UUPDump and UUPtoISO to make a Windows Home ISO so I could update my wife's Laptop and desktop. The laptop was a upgrade from Windows 7 and the key wasn't accepted. I had to join it to the Insider Ring and it's installing now. On the desktop that came with Windows 10 the key was excepted without any problems and the upgrade is installing. When the laptop finishes I'll drop it out of the Insider Ring.

A bit over a year now....
Though it depends on if you count the early release via Upgrade Assistant and MCT or the official start of the rollout.

And there is an update out already: 17133.73. Now I am manually updating my official gone unofficial release. LOL.
