I have had this 1803/17134.1 build for about 1.5 days, and have discovered zero issues with it, everything works at least that I have tried and tested, all programs, no blue screens etc. Downloaded from insider ring. Hope this will be the final April update build to get released. I have Office eg plus gaming drivers on my PC, still nothing unusual. No stability issues. Could say it's rather stable.Still why not changed the naming to 1804?

But, just to confuse things mine said 1803 April update

it's build 17134.1 which is the only thing that makes it unique :)
It should be 1804 since it will be released in the 4th month..

FCU released, (or maybe escaped ), in October so should be 1710 rather than 1709
Microsoft's release coding is always clear as mud

It could even be that the latest release is the April update to the Spring Creators update

The YYMM number has always seemed to be the date the release build was compiled, not the date it eventually was released to the public. That was indeed 1709 for the FCU, but 17134 wasn't built until April, so your guess is as good as mine :)

I don't care what it's called, just so long as it get released tomorrow :)

I'm getting a bit bored with mine I've had it three days and there's nothing really new in it for me Especially from the original release of 1803 that I had around first April

TBH the normal release cycle would more likely see the official release around 10 days after the Release Preview which would have this one escape on First May, but due to the history of this one I thing tomorrow will be the day

@Bree The latest update when it arrived stated it was 1803 April Update so by that they're sticking with the 1803

    Boring here too!

What I think MS should do after this version, is to complete the features they have started. Too many half baked things going on. One example would be International Cortana and another smaller project would be more languages for the voice input for the touch keyboard. There are many more things...but that would be a start.

Stop with the new stuff and tidy up / finish up the lose ends. The some stuff is in settings and some in control panel just irks me. It's been like that since forever.

Same here - I beginning to believe that MS has forgotten about getting everything into the settings function.
