Well I suppose it will depend on where the "Bug" is ( I do hate the use of the word Bug to describe an issue that only affects some systems ), If it's got to be removed from all copies then it should be released as a full upgrade, but considering that as the majority of systems do not have One standout issue then I would expect it to be sorted with a Cumulative Upgrade to the full RTM release
Most likely scenario. Even crossed my mind that this alleged 17134 may be the inklings of the forking..... but that's a whole different thread to look forward to!

I am running SCU 1807 17133.73 as a WU Automatic update over SCU 1807 17133.1 that was also a regular Automatic update Via WU - I am still on the Release Preview Ring and have been for several upgrade cycles - This applies over three Current Pro installs all on separate actual hardware
So it looks like the above is at least one possible correct route

I am still on the Release Preview Ring and have been for several upgrade cycles is the clue
Although at the present time I do not have the time to fully test the Fast or Slow Insider Rings but I still like to early access to to Major releases to support others and also provide the telemetry and other feedback to improve the OS
You could try joining the Release Preview ring of the Insider Program but this may not become fully active in time for this Release round 1803 SCU, although with the current Hiatus, due to the Famous Blocking Bug, it might Whatever happens it should be fine for the 1809 release later this year

That would be by being an Insider...

You sure of that? It may be Release Preview, but this is still an Insider build with all the risks that entails...

If in doubt, then wait till all issues are confirmed to have been fixed. I regret the upgrade.

It would be foolish to install this version at the moment. I did do so last week. It was probably a mistake on my part.
KB4100375 Windows 10 Insider Fast/Slow/RP Build 17133.73 - Apr.10 (posts #861 & 862)

Foolish self updated Main Desktop, Secondary Desktop and Laptop to this 17133.1/73 build last week, now waits to see what happens then determines if doing another clean install or what doing at that point. Despite I didn't experience issues myself that were major, I knew I probably should've waited in hindsight now, of course I could try to restore Macirum image, but think right now i'll just wait and see at this point
