I must surmise that I don't have 'sets' on my version of 17618; I viewed videos about sets and cannot seem to get any tabbed view of anything in any document or application. DUUUH???

@magilla - maybe At the bottom of that setting page, says something about Tabs and Apps. I'm not on Skippy right now, so no pic....

    From the release notes:

If needed, you can find a setting to enable or disable Sets under Settings > System > Multitasking. We’re looking forward to your feedback as you try it out in today’s build!

I don't appear to have it either (been in conversation with Brink about it).

    Finally upgraded to Skippy.

Is Office Insider only available for Office 365?
I think so. When I joined the Office Insider on Fast Ring, that's what I got. Might be cause that's the subscription I have.

The link to the office insider seems to only talk about Office 365.

Well, I was going to post an image, but image post is not allowed by the webpage/forum now. Anyway, I do have all the items that you identified and the Tabs in Apps is checked.

Nothing I can see. I tried turning it off, and it wouldn't go away. Maybe gets stuck in one mode, and that's it. Would only open an Edge tab anyway.

You have it. Even your image has tabs. Click on that + and Edge should open. From there you can learn through other posts how to open Photos, etc in tabs.
