I already had NVidia Driver 23.21.13.9101 installed so I was not offered an upgrade.

I (we) hope so... Even though my laptop started having the same problem yesterday, but I got it back on track again.

Not good news for me. Still have sleep wake problem that started with Build 17107 and has persevered since!

The sleep problem has come back for me after being absent in the last 3 builds. Now trying powercfg -h on and unchecking fast start up and hibernate. powercfg -h off had been working for me before.

UPDATE: After I changed this yesterday, from a cold boot this morning, it appears normal.

Yes and I hate it...I use GForce Experience to do the updating on my card and need to make it part of show/hide update tool to stop it. It goes away, the update, and doesn't come back even when I take it out of the show/hide update tool. Have posted to feedback hub a couple of months ago. Still shows up and go through the motions again.

I've tried that workaround many times in each build since 17107 and it has never worked for me.

I write down the version that is being "upgraded" to. It never shows in update history (on new builds) and if I go to properties of the graphic card, that version does not agree either.

Cannot install this release. I continually get to 43% then get a green screen with the stop code: IRQ not less or equal.

Hmmm third time lucky. Tried to install again and this time it worked .... go figure

I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence or not. Sleep was working good until I made a change in Power Settings. My desktop was set to sleep after 2 hours. I changed it to 1 hour. Then I wanted to manually put my computer to sleep because I wasn't going use it for awhile. The monitors went to sleep and the computer kept running. Nothing I tried brought the monitors out of sleep. I finally hit the power button and walked away. I'll try running powercfg -h on the next time I use the desktop.
