Rocky, from my experience thus far, every time an issue continues to the next Build, invariably, a clean install is required.

I know lots of folks don't want to hear that, but when I have cured the issue by applying the workarounds, the next Build is fine. If, however, I can't cure the issue, that's when the issue continues on into the next Build and I have to do a clean install.
