Does anyone know if this is a replacement or an addition to KB4087256 that was described as a Servicing stack update for Windows 10 Version 1709, February 13, 2018?

Since 914 updates are quite small, only a fraction the size of 913 they must be just patches, will still need 913 to be fully up to date. On one of my computers the Build number is still 16299.251 with the 914 installed.

My system shows that this update was installed yesterday along with 913. Didn't see it then.

    Hi,
I guess we'll have to look for patch updates somewhere else then someday :)
