Since 914 updates are quite small, only a fraction the size of 913 they must be just patches, will still need 913 to be fully up to date. On one of my computers the Build number is still 16299.251 with the 914 installed.
My system shows that this update was installed yesterday along with 913. Didn't see it then.

Tried to manually install 0914 it said it was already installed only shows 0913
KB4090914 should show in "Installed Updates" if installed.
