    Hi,

    It should be : Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.251)
    If the highlighted numbers are lower than this then the update did not install correctly.

    Mine is .248 so it's not there. And update check doesn't find any but says it's up to date

    Hi,

    Correct.
    I take it WU does no longer present it when you check for updates ?
    If so you can always download it from the MS Catalogue. The link is on the first page of this thread.
    Should it fail again with the same error code you first experienced then you may have to increase the partition size and try again.

    BTW, have you run Kyhi's ImageHealth on your system as I suggested?

    Please see my post #77 on page 2 of this thread.

    It seems to me that your best course of action is do nothing about this update but simply to await the next Cumulative update / release of Ver 1803.

    Now I finished, after step 2 result:
    Cumulative Update KB4090913 Windows 10 v1709 Build 16299.251 - Mar. 5-imagehealth2.jpg

    So I suppose that's it?

    I just finished installing it on an aging laptop actually.


    So I suppose that's it?
    Possibly,yes. If not you may hve to run Windows Update Troubeshooter. Let's wait and see for now.
