Same thing on my laptop but I can't remember the last time I looked at the store, so not that important for me.

Prior to 17107, I had NO problems!

After my laptop shut down because of low battery, when I plugged it in and restarted, it froze. I too needed to do a hard reset to get it to boot properly.

One of my IP computers has Store working, just had to delete the blank icon from the Taskbar and Pin a new one from the Start menu, now using it to download a Mahjong game. The other IP computer shows only a blank blue tile/icon with the text saying ms-resource:StoreTitle on both the Start menu in the Other section at the bottom of the list and the Tiles, of course it doesn't work.
