Yeah, this build has problems with the sleep, in my case, it doesn't wake up, it simply shuts down, this didn't happen in build 17101, I've also reported it many times when I turn on the PC again and the notification from the Feedback hub appears.
Sounds like what many have experienced with 17604 {skippy} doesn’t it, Leo?

Yes, it's exactly the same problem.

Wynona, I tested Shutdown and power up and all OK with that so that's what I'll do for now. Tested the Power button idea too and it didn't work. Still had to hard reset.

Incidentally, I noticed on my last test that the power was to my USB hub while sleeping which is normal, of course. However, now, when attempting wake, the power is still on for about a minute and then the power to the USB hub shuts down. Interesting!

Yeah, I just tested the Power button and she no worky.

I've noticed when I try to wake it up, it runs for a few seconds then goes quiet.

For now, I've set sleep to Never; we'll see what happens with that, since I'm on and off the computer a few gazillion times a day.

I executed the Powercfg -h on command and them went to power options and turned fast start up and hibernate off. That cleared up a similar problem that you're having. I had issued the Powercfg -h off command in the previous build as I think you did. It might be worth a try.

At last! - a build upgrade that installs first time, straight through from the first download, fairly quickly without stalling, repeating, or failing with Windows Setup as the first bootmenu option, before having to rollback to the last build installed.

It seems like months since fast builds installed faultlessly, first time, for me on 2 machines, an i5 desktop and an AMD E300 APU laptop, each 6 or 7 years old. 17063, 2 months back!

All intermediate builds faltered several times before installing eventually, with both 17101 and 17604 failing totally.

Now both machines on 17107, no oddities to report yet.

Just for grins, did you shut down and restart after you followed Looey's suggestion? Sometimes that's what it takes ...

Sorry to hear that. I had a severe sleep problem until I reversed the powercfg command from the previous build. All is well now.

No, I didn't. As soon as it finishes starting up, I'll give that a try. I'll report back ONLY if it works.
