Thanks Leo - and @Kari too having problems—maybe Next build will solve this issue.
In my case, I don't believe it will be fixed. I've had this issue as long as I have had this laptop, I do not believe it has anything to do with Insider builds. I just need to disable power saving option in Intel Management engine after each install and upgrade. Not a big deal.

Thanks for the info, Leo. It looks good, although I'm pretty sure I won't be invited to be a Cohort, since I'm more of your "average Joe" type of Windows user. :)

I'm happy just being Average Joe Insider user. I feel good knowing that I'm helping MS to see what problems the average everyday user is going to experience. :) The problem I'm having with Windows Defender is a example.

Yeah, me too. Besides, I get to learn lots of new stuff. :)

I guess Defender is working OK for me. It doesn't have a splat for now.

It would be great if MS could fix my personal sleep problem. :) Even my CPAP doesn't help.

Something I inherited from my father. I on a normal night I'll wake up up around 1 or 2 times every hour. Sometimes I cant get to sleep until around 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning. By 5:00 I'm wide awake.

Here's a People Bar trick you may find useful:

In Windows 10 Build 17101 and up, the People Bar allows you to pin up to 10 Contacts to the Taskbar or 'Put everyone in overflow',
... the Main People Bar window contains the rest of frequently used and/or suggested contacts; over and above that, you need to go to the 'Find and Pin more contacts' sub-menu,
with this trick, you can pin all your desired contacts to the Main Menu:

You'll to navigate to the following in the Registry and double click the CapacityOfPeopleBar DWORD and change the value to your desired amount...

... then Pin the desired contacts...

... once finished, the 'Choose how many contacts to show' drop down in Settings will look blank yet, you can still open it and choose 'Put everyone in overflow'

Now all your desired contacts will reside in the Main Menu, so you won't have go the extra step of looking for a contact in the sub-menu...
