Probably clashing with other windows power option settings. IME works on BIOS level same as Cool and Quiet at AMD. C&Q, you can control from OS/SW as well as from BIOS and mixing BIOS power saving settings with windows ones was never a good idea. One or the other but never to be different from each other.

I found a little bug on mine.
When I click the notifications icon, the notifications bar open up on the other screen. Is this a settings related issue? or a bug?

so did clean install on 17101
installed macrium home edition with sn#
now get the inaccessible boot device
    must be the cbt drivers
didn't edit the registry first to see if it would reboot
so looks like it needs to be done with the unfree versions
didn't run into the with free version of macrium

    Hi,
@pigpenz: What exactly did you change in the registry ? Are you blocking the legacy file system filter?

From an elevated command prompt run :

    Code:
    fltmc filters
    to see what's running.

If you shutdown or restart your machine regularly the CBT is useless anyway. I disable it in the installer.

    Hi,

You can uninstall the drivers as well using :

    "C:\Program Files\Macrium\Reflect\MrCBTTools.exe"

It's only tracking block changes in larges files for differential and/or incremental back ups

In addition, those with Intel machines might try a trick that on my laptop resolves all sleep / hibernation / shut down / restart issues: disable this option in Intel Management engine:

    Attachment 177595

For reasons totally unknown to me, if enabled my machine does not wake up from sleep or hibernation, shut down correctly or restart correctly (shut down leaves fans on, restart shuts down).

Each upgrade / clean install enables the power saving option, I need to manually disable it every time.

thanks for info. My current issue is with 17604 on an AMD Computer — nothing Seems to work to ameliorate this issue; just took it back to previous skippy build and reinstalled 604 with no change in the sleep/shutdown behavior. I looked at system devices section of device manager to see if anything had power option; alas there is none.
