Makes sense, I was hoping it would be on this new build, wanted to have something I could try to see why my overclock still isn't working. Sadly my feedback in the hub never got answered or even looked at it seems.

On your computers downloading build 17101 what ring were they on? The reason I'm asking is because I have two computers on different rings but they both downloaded build 17604.
Mine's on the Fast Ring with Active Development of Windows. Clicking on the down arrow of Active Development shows Skip Ahead, but I've left that one alone. I'm assuming I have my choice of which to download?

    Mine updated to Build 17101.

Joining the Skip Ahead ring is closed. After several attempts with the reg hack I was able to rejoin on my desktop. I can only guess as to why my laptop downloaded a skippy build when I was on the Active fast ring

I joined skip ahead back in Jan when I did the final version of this build. I used the registry method. On FCU, it usually takes if I:

    Apply reg hack
    reboot
Attempt to join Skip ahead in menu

    In that order.

My laptop was on skip ahead from whenever I last clean installed it lol.

No, I'm going to try to make an image of this build, then restore my FCU (it had a couple of programs missing, and I want to make a new image that is not a full disk image (bit bit bit) so that it takes a lot less room - currently it's only 1.3 TB lol...

Let's see how long this takes.

Created ISO using Kari's original guide as I wasn’t sure what to do with the new one
Seems to have worked ok as it did with the last build

The VMs are struggling to complete the upgrade e.g. The Hyper-V machine is a 96% before the reboot. The ESXi machine had to be restarted after reaching 97% install and not reaching the reboot screen. So I'll leave both them running while I sleep - going to school again tomorrow. Not particularly concern since I have 2 of the 17604 ISO.
