    February 14, 2018 - KB4077675 Update for Windows 10 Mobile (OS Build 15254.248)

Applies to: Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise, released in October 2017

    Improvements and fixes

This update includes quality improvements. No new operating system features are being introduced in this update.

If you installed earlier updates, only the new fixes contained in this package will be downloaded and installed on your device.

For more information about the resolved security vulnerabilities, see the Security Update Guide.

    Known issues in this update

    Symptom Workaround
On Windows 10 Phones, PDFs cannot be rendered in Microsoft Edge. Download the Microsoft Reader app.

Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

    How to get this update

This update will be downloaded and installed automatically from Windows Update.

LOL, I guess Microsoft made a typo somewhere.

I thought this was an update for those of us on production because there are, in theory, no more Insider builds. But my Lumia 950 XL still doesn't see the update, even though it was supposedly released yesterday

I was surprised last night @ 10 pm, this update showed up on my phone. 10.0.15254.249. About 45 minutes to complete.

Downloaded and installed on my 950 almost as soon as it was released but shows as 248 not 249😯

My bad, I hadn't noticed that I had my Lumia 950 XL on the RP ring instead of Production. As soon as I exited the program and rebooted the phone, it began to download the update.

I'm not using Insider builds, but my 950 XL just updated to this build. Is this official release of the Fall Creators Update for mobile?
