I thought this was an update for those of us on production because there are, in theory, no more Insider builds. But my Lumia 950 XL still doesn't see the update, even though it was supposedly released yesterday

I was surprised last night @ 10 pm, this update showed up on my phone. 10.0.15254.249. About 45 minutes to complete.

My bad, I hadn't noticed that I had my Lumia 950 XL on the RP ring instead of Production. As soon as I exited the program and rebooted the phone, it began to download the update.
