It looks as if it is disabled in UEFO/BIOS. Windows should not even install it then.
That said, if you do not use it then you could just as well leave it as is.

You can try the reg hack. I was having trouble with the reg hack and the Skip Ahead setting staying selected. I don't know if it was a problem on the MS server or not but after several tries my desktop is still on the Skip Ahead ring. It is possible that the wrong ISO was uploaded to Onedrive. Even though only one person reported a problem I have deleted the file. Sorry for any inconvenience.
