    Hi,

Are you experiencing problems with the TPM then ?
For more info follow the HP link here:

    https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/prod...es/tpm-update/

If you run this machine on a private basis then there's a good chance the module is empty except perhaps if you secured your UEFI/BIOS using passwords. Other then that it may well be empty.
Running TPM.msc should tell you more about the firmware you're module is on. Not all 1.2 modules are vulnerable.

    Cheers,
It's private, and not secured, nor this feature is used. Don't know its all history though ..

    Hi,

It looks as if it is disabled in UEFO/BIOS. Windows should not even install it then.
That said, if you do not use it then you could just as well leave it as is.

    Cheers,

Thanks. Yes, I've disabled most of security functions in BIOS when I got it. Guess not all :)

    Hi,

I'd still patch it though as it appears to be vulnerable:

    TPM1.2 - FW4.00 up to FW4.33 (SLB9655/9656)

I would not touch them as I did and I had to re install the operating sys and reset the cmos it made a mess of my system. It put me in an endless boot loop. after I reloaded I just demised it lost my skip ahead setting obn this computer.
You can try the reg hack. I was having trouble with the reg hack and the Skip Ahead setting staying selected. I don't know if it was a problem on the MS server or not but after several tries my desktop is still on the Skip Ahead ring. Are you running in a VM? I see the same in my VM under Oracel VB.
    Not me.

No, this one is not in VM. Can't be because of TPM, it's built in the MB and has connector for another one.
I have no TPM to start with, so I guess that's why I'm seeing what you saw.

I'll check the laptop and see if anything else is available to me.

One thing I'm quite pleased about:
Many of the Store Fonts have a vast array of weights and styles which will apply to more of the UI, (immersive or not), than before,
... could never accomplish that with 3rd party fonts before.

It is possible that the wrong ISO was uploaded to Onedrive. Even though only one person reported a problem I have deleted the file. Sorry for any inconvenience.
