What is really strange is that WinPE says I have Windows 10 Enterprise Insider Preview - C:\Windows. I have never installed Enterprise to this computer. Never!
Can anyone explain this to me?
I can't explain the definition of the build being Windows 10 Enterprise because it's one of the oddities that I've noticed that 3rd party seem to be feed from some system call in the last few build. Perhaps you could search Feedback Hub to see if its mentioned.
Now that I've got her booting like she should (don't know how that happened!), I can go to the Feedback Hub and make a report. As to Enterprise, Shawn said it's a known issue. :)
I just rechecked the files that come with the miniserver dump d/l - several refer to ENTERPRISE - if this the same group of files used in WU it might explain the presence of ENTERPRISE - who knows - Attachment 176281
It would if I had updated that way, but I just let it do its thing. :)
It crashed and failed initially, but was able to do a "Reset" in recovery to finish installing.
Thanks for doing that "Reset" step. I did not bother on my VM. Just went back to a previous checkpoint. This build is way too buggy for me to be bothered. Will wait for next one and see if we get better luck.

I was ready to yank the hard drive from this one and start over with a new one, but this morning, it booted all by itself. Go figure!
My machine - my post - my build
Your machine - your post - your build - jealousy is such an ugly trait -
Okey Dokey, that's fair. :) Although I wouldn't really want any more Builds like this one! And, I'm pretty sure this was intended to be the last one before RTM. Not any more, though?
