If you have an AMD processor, you are one patch behind schedule and you should try the194 one.

There is also a new security patch for Adobe Flash that you may try first to see if the standalone installer works.

So due to this bug I shall not reinstall the iso all over again, if the issue persists after next CU, I may wait or do an upgrade install when RS4 releases later on. This seems to plague many x64 systems after the spectre patches.

Next patch is set to be Tuesday and safer to wait. A clean install would fix the stall issue
