Good answer. Our typical Miranda warning:

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford one, one will be appointed to you by the court Dona. With these rights in mind, are you still willing to talk with me about the charges against you?"

Always, always say you want to see an attorney.

Did the fresh install correct problem with over-clocking?

Nope, system will still not use the settings in the BIOS for the CPU.

My system is well overclocked. I'm on a Risen R7 1700, which is normally clocked at 3052mhz. I have it overclocked to 4023mhz right now, and it runs without problems on 17083. GPU is overclocked to the hilt most of the time as well, as I mine crypto. So it could be something else messing with your oc. Hope this helps.

I understand what you are saying but hear me out, the only thing that changed on my system was going from stable build to developer build nothing else at all.
We are also talking about intel vs amd which are not even in the same universe when it comes to imei firmware and micro codes.
For giggles I ran Ubuntu from a live usb last night, overclock worked like it should. Something changed starting with build 17063.

At least you know it’s not your system. Hope you have sent info via hub to Microsoft.

Anyone getting this in Edge? Cortana help in Edge gets a "Can't connect", but works typing or copy/paste into search (WinKey/S) or Hey Cortana? Sometimes with Cortana help it'll open, spin a few times, then close out. The "Help me fix it" doesn't do squat. It opens the Network page in Settings app. The system is on Ethernet.
