Yes it is.
Bug bash coming up Feb 6. I think that's a sign for just debugging from here on out.
Don't remember where I read it. In a Dona tweet I think. She thanked everyone that tested it and it would not be included in the Spring rs_4 public release. Perhaps they just needed a short testing duration for some telemetry.
Me be thinking it's too fat for smaller devices. I'm also questioning whether it would fit on a phone with using Continuum. You may want to refer to my post below, although it would be difficult to know how large it is.
As a side > No one knows for sure if MS will continue with the mobile 10, but rumors have it that they may be developing a folding Surface phablet. Applying for a patent on a certain kind of device hinge was one sign.

@AndreTen
Thanks, but I've done a re-install several times. Manually and with the MB-Clean utility from MBAM. No luck. Just to be clear on my part, I'm speaking of the Exploit Protection module in the full MBAM, not the stand-alone Anti-Exploit Beta that is available and maintained by MBAM. I set it on, goes right back off. No errors I can find. Just poof!
First time I noticed that happening unless update fails. I always keep task manager open and total amount downloaded was about same as ever. First stage went as usual but than it looked like it started from beginning, Looked in SoftwareDistribution/download and there were many files/folders although I emptied it before checking for updates and there should have been only one.
That made me think UUP changed somewhat.
The usual solution at the MB forums goes something like this:
- Please provide xxxx logs
- Please reboot and provide yyyy logs
- Please use the MB Clean tool to remove and reinstall MB 3.
I normally don't worry about logs outside of the MB forums, so there are basically 2 choices for you:
- Go to the MB forums and get some help where you'll get an auto-responder to post the logs for analysis, or
- Do as I say now and use the MB clean tool to try and fix it yourself.
MB has been known to be quirky at times with us Insiders, and rather than a full clean install of Windows this might be your best bet to get it working correctly.
This document shows you what the tool is used for and provides the link to the tool and instructions on usage: Malwarebytes Cleanup Utility FAQs | Official Malwarebytes Support
If you want further instructions, such as which files to save (and other stuff, like setting exclusions between MB and Defender, etc) let's take it to a side thread, away from here.
