Anyone have any programs uninstalled? This build uninstalled Malwarebytes. I have to check if any other programs were uninstalled.
Malwarebytes Premium survived the update on my system.

MS implemented their revolutionary Microsoft Memory Compression for Windows(tm) technology in this build. Look for yourself in Task Manager: no process uses more than 100MB. It's a blooming miracle!

Or Task Manager has a display bug in this release.

    I'd buy your 2nd comment!

After reverting back to the stable FCU build I now installed 17083 and I'm happy to report that I have my webcam, audio device and USB tv tuner back and 100% working.
Got my 9 mo. old HP back from repair (motherboard replaced) I was hoping it would be receptive to Insider builds. It did not like the last two and with this one the same has happened. Two GSOD during install then revert. Tried DISM check, sfc /scannow, dskchk /r and of course Updater clean up and repair. I'm sure there is something the process does not like anymore but feel I need to revert to the FCU also and go from there...or perhaps install the Macrium back up from the prior installation to the 17046 I am using...which may have been the FCU Insider version.

I was able to reinstall Malwarebytes and to my surprise I didn't have to enter my activation key.

While my experience may not be typical, this update took 7 hrs to complete, including 3 hrs to download.

FYI @Brink and Insiders. Finally figured out that the floating Cortana hack broke keyboard navigation for me with Start here in 17083. Disabling it fixes it. It did not break it in the last build. Anyone else have this problem by any chance? Can hardly report it in the Hub since it's actually a hack.

Other than that, so far so good with this build so far.

Yep, floating search hack broke keyboard navigation on Start for me as well.

On last reboot, I also got the Defender Warning about Apps / Software > Internet Temporary Files location wrong. The trouble shooter did run and appears to have fixed it and the Defender Icon turned green again. I only see this on a Local Account tho, not my MS Account.

Just checking out the Diagnostic Data Viewer ... I knew MS collected a lot of stuff, but never realized it was that much
