Never was on slow ring. Not sure, but if I remember correctly it used to be very soon after slow-ring release. Perhaps they changed it for some reason. Not too many slow-ringers around here. A forum search of "slow ring" results in thread titles in the 14XXX and 15XXX builds. That was long ago.
