As is stated on flighthub... There is usually (at least) few days gap between releasing to slow and releasing ISO.
Yeah, a few days - which it has been. But seeing the replies below, I'll wait just a little longer....

    You lost Sets? That's strange.

With Timeline I don't get Edge after a boot/fresh session. Do you?
After another clean install, yes, I lost Sets. But I think I might know what happened - and I am going to do yet another clean install and this time I am setting u pa Macrium backup of the thing after installing all apps, and logging in to FCU, and moving the \Users tree, so I can then just start from there instead of having to do it all over again - and again.

Every 6 months is not a big deal to reinstall everything, but this is probably the 10th in 2 months - and it is getting old lol.

Also, since I copy the Edge backups folder, I think that is why Timeline is showing older stuff than my most recent install - but I may be wrong. It might be something else.

Hi there, Andre. It's been four days, but I guess we can't count the weekend. Should show up soon.

As a side, it's a glorious session for me when F4 works in Edge. :)

I also received an email on January 18 or 19 but I think D. Sarkar refers to this type of email:
Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Slow Build 17074.1002 - Jan. 11-email.jpg
There are two types of SIUF (System Initiated User Feedback), the first is the one that asks you, for example: "would you recommend your antivirus application to a friend or colleague?" or "what is your level of satisfaction with this build?" or they ask you about a specific feature of the OS, precisely yesterday I received one of these popups asking me why I had disabled "Sets", here I show an image of that type of SIUF or popups:
Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Slow Build 17074.1002 - Jan. 11-siuf-2.jpg
But, AFAIK, D. Sarkar in that tweet refers to the second type of SIUF, those who ask you if the problem you reported was solved, this one:

I did not update to .1002 via the individual download, but today tried the WU version. Took a little longer than normal, 64 minutes, but seems to be working just fine so far.

I easily updated a Virtual Box Windows 10 Build 17074.1000 to 17074.1002 but updating the physical machine stalled out a 98%. I'm trying again. I did successfully do a clean install but the prospect of spending the time to reinstall the Windows version of VMware Workstation was too daunting. So I'll be running setup.exe just as soon as the backup of the current system completes. Looks like I'll never get 17074.1002 for AMD processors through WU. Very irritating. I return to Linux for R&R after these jousts with Windows. I have no idea when the official ISO will be released. The whole Insider program has been thrown off for no good reason because of Spectre.

When my 17074.1002 turned its toes up, I downloaded an iso of 17025 and now have that installed.
I postponed updates for one week, but then realised that the drivers for the chipset and the graphics card were also stopped.
Switching back on the updates solved this and after the chipset, graphics and WD had finished, the " up to date" came on , but I am now unable to stop further updates.
I don't seem to be able to stop 17074.1002 from installing itself, I was hoping another build would appear next week.
    I'm using AMD.

Not quite sure why you’re having to clean install so often. Not quite sure what you mean with the FCU/User tree thing.

SFAIK Sets would be downloaded and installed as a package. I'm thinking it must be included with everyone’s update, then turned on remotely somehow? Not sure. I searched the Registry for Sets with no returns. Searched my Windows folder and got a truckload of files. 6-1/2 pages of FE on a 27” monitor. This feature must’ve taken awhile to develop.

Files include setx.exe (Sets environment variables), DLLs, manifests, Java, INFs, XMLs, and more.

I’m sure @Edwin would like to look at these. Here’s a link to images those FE pages: Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

I’ll have to look into that.

Not sure why the "Free up space now" cleaner in Storage Sense works for some and not others. It is, of course, a mystery. I'm sure they'll get it fixed in a few years, Marty.

I am choosing to do so, at I am conducting a lot of testing of update procedures as well as scenarios of certain app installs in each build.

For example, it seems 17074 breaks eVGA's Precision X tool....

I think it had to do with either using / not using Cortana, or else some other system file.

I disable Cortana as much as possible upon install.
